 Charlie Efford
I specialise in Life coaching and Performance Coaching. I started my career as a soldier and learnt how to work with people and get things done. I left in my late twenties to work as a management consultant in an HR/People based practice. Through consulting with a wide range of organisations, I learnt about the challenges people face at work and the way they cope in their lives. During this time I developed my interest in coaching. Since then I have found myself helping people in many ways, from sitting down for a quick chat to engaging in more formal coaching sessions. I have noticed that people listen to me and often come back months or years later to tell me how they reflected and thought about what I said. My qualifications and memberships are: MA (Cambridge University), Diploma in Management Studies, MAC Member Association for Coaching, Certificate A&B Psychological testing, Certificate in Counselling (Warwick University). Student Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
